I'll admit I was skeptical when I called Sir Grout Indianapolis about my 20 year old bathroom tile and grout. I had scrubbed and scrubbed and my shower still looked gross. Well, my shower looks brand new after using Sir Grout and has saved me thousands not having to tear out and replace tile! I called for the initial free quote and Alec arrived a couple days later to talk through everything with me. He was very knowledgeable and explained the whole process. After quickly accepting the quote, an appointment was scheduled to complete the work a couple of weeks later. The technician, ShaKayla, arrived right on time, completed the job in two days and was amazing. ShaKayla is one of the hardest working people to have ever completed a job for me. She's absolutely incredible, and wanted me to be happy with the results…I was thrilled! I highly, highly recommend asking for ShaKayla if you use Sir Grout. You won't be disappointed!!
