Zack did excellent work restoring our primary shower stall to its original pristine condition by working diligently singlehandedly the entire appointment. We are so pleased with the repairs and quality of his work. We were also impressed with the knowledge/professionalism shown by both Zack who did the work and Annalise who assessed situation & wrote up the original quote. Shakayla arrived on time and was friendly and courteous to us as she completed the work well within the time expected. This young woman works hard with minimum disruptions and kept us informed through the entire process. We would recommend Sir Grout for bathroom/shower renewal projects especially in older homes. ShaKayla showed her dedication by working through having a bad cold both of the days she was here. She also made a grout color suggestion which was spot on as the color we originally chose had too much of a yellowish tint.
