Shakayla arrived on time and was friendly and courteous to us as she completed the work well within the time expected. This young woman works hard with minimum disruptions and kept us informed through the entire process . We would recommend Sir Grout for bathroom/shower renewal projects especially in older homes. Great job!

ShaKayla showed her dedication by working through having a bad cold both of the days she was here. She also made a grout color suggestion which was spot on as the color we originally chose had too much of a yellowish tint.

Annalise came to give us a quote, she was incredibly nice, professional, and felt like she was shooting straight with us on what we should and shouldn't do, didn't try to upsell or push us to do more, in fact coached that we get less services than we were planning on getting.

Shakayla performed our service and was absolutely wonderful. Incredibly friendly, professional and informative. She worked ridiculously hard and went above and beyond to clean our grout and seal it. She even cleaned some rust stains in our shower we didn't even ask her to clean.
